Vanguard Painting recently completed the exterior caulking and painting of our 20-storey south tower at Cambridge Gardens. The job was inspected and passed by the Master Painters and Decorators Association. It was mentioned by the rigging company that this was one of the most difficult buildings in Vancouver to rig, due to the cascading balconies on our rooftop. Through a combination of swing stages and chair work, Vanguard was able to access all surfaces of the building… We are very pleased with the painting project.
